To ensure hotel reservations at the negotiated room rates, NWA encourages you to make your reservations early.

Should the room block becomes full prior to the cut-off date of Thursday , April 25th, 2008, NWA will make every effort to have the room block increased. If we are unable to do so, we will post alternate hotels on this Web-site.

 

NWA cannot guarantee the same contracted room rates as with the Hilton Minneapolis.

Room reservations can be made by calling the hotels reservations department on 1-888-933-5363. You may also Contact the hotel directly by phone on (612) 376-1000 or by fax at (612) 397-4875 for assistance with your reservation needs.  Be sure to mention WIC Association or provide reservations with SRP Code = WIC in order to get the negotiated room rate.

Room reservations must be made before the Cut-off Date of Friday, April 25, 2008. Reservations made after the cut-off date are not guaranteed at the conference negotiated room rate.

The Negotiate Room Rates are as follows:

For each additional person in a room the hotel will charge a $20.00 fee.

Room rates are subject to a nightly room occupancy tax currently at 13.15%

If the date range is changed, you will receive the following message: 'Please note that the group rate you requested is unavailable. Available rates are displayed below.' Should you desire to book dates outside the room block, please call 1-888-933-5363 to speak with hotel reservations. The conference negotiated room rate may not apply. 

Method of Room Guarantee

For each reservation, the hotel requires a deposit equal to one night’s stay payable by check, money order or a valid credit card. Room reservation CANCELLATIONS MUST be received by the hotel 48 hours in advance of your arrival date to be eligible for a refund.

Hotel Check In/Out Policy:

Hotel check-in time is at 3:00 p.m. and the check-out time is at 12:00 Noon. Guests arriving before 3:00 PM will be accommodated as rooms become available. The hotel Bell Desk can arrange to have your bags checked pending room availability. Also, should you require a late check-out, please make such arrangements with the hotel's Front Desk. These arrangements will be based on the hotel’s standard policy.

Upon checking in, each guest will be asked to provide a government issued ID along with proof to which the reservations were made.

Hotel Parking

The hotel currently offers Valet and Self Parking with the following rates:

 

Self Parking:      $12 for 24 hours

Valet Parking:   $22 for 24 hours
