Registration Fees

Please Note that for On-site Registrations, There Will Be an Additional $25.00 Charge.

So Make Your Registration Early!

All payments are due before or on the first day of the conference.  Payment must be received to gain access to and participate in conference activities and sessions. No PO will be accepted on-site.

Cancellations & Refunds

It is the policy of NWA to access a processing fee for all cancelled registrations and No-shows.

To cancel your registration, a written request MUST be received by the conference managers via email at ConfMgrs@aol.com, or by FAX on (888) 310-8900 no later than April 25.

• Cancellations received before April 25, 2008, with check and credit card payments already received, will be refunded less a $45 processing fee.
• Cancellations received after April 25, 2008 WILL NOT be refunded.  Also, NWA regrets that refunds will not be given for No-shows.
